# Google Gemini

Connect to the Gemini API (Google AI Studio) with an API key. For Vertex AI (service-account auth, GCP project scoping), use the [Google Vertex AI](/integrations/llm-providers/google-vertex-ai) provider instead.

## Configure in Datafold

1. Navigate to **Settings** → **Integrations**, click **Add New Integration**, and choose **Google Gemini**.
2. Enter your **API Key** (create one in [Google AI Studio](https://aistudio.google.com/apikey)).
3. **Models** are fetched automatically. Select the ones to expose.
4. Click **Save**.
